Receiving this email I was like, seriously??? Are you joking??? No necklace received to date, tracking number provided tracks nothing and emails sent to this effect with no response from your company!!! I find this review feedback email laughable!!! Scam or not a scam this is the question??? At this moment in time I’m picking scam!!! 11 year old child left devastated by the loss of our dog and not receiving her necklace after nearly a month, well I think you know the answer to that one of how she is feeling!!! Disgraceful
