Can I use multiple discount codes on my order?

Sorry, but only one discount code may be used per order.

I forgot to add a discount code to my order!

Please contact us with your discount code. Once we have those details, we'll apply the discount code for you and refund the difference.

Please note, discount codes that are received after your order has been placed cannot be applied retrospectively.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders for personalised items are put into production immediately after submission. If you wish to cancel, please notify us within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after 12 hours will qualify for an exchange or store credit.

Cancellations can only be processed if the item has not yet shipped. Once your cancellation request is received, it will be processed on the same day. To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team here.
