Mark H. I bought two of these for myself a few months ago and was thrilled with them. I never take them off. So I then bought two for my son and was very disappointed as they are missing 4 rubber O coils and it is very obvious and as a result the names don’t sit as I know they should. I’m not sending them back because of cost and plain inconvenience. This should never have occurred. I’m certainly hoping you have a solution to this sad problem. I’m enclosing two photos for you. I hope to hear from you very soon.
